Ahmedabad Branch Recruiting Office (BRO) of Indian Army conducted recruitment rallies to recruit soldiers at Surat, Himat Nagar and Ahmedabad recently. Those rallies were successfully supported by BRO-SOFT software developed by NIC Gujarat State Unit. BRO-SOFT automates the systematic procedures related to each task of the recruitment process. Some of the tasks are checking of documents, physical measurements, physical fitness test, medical examination, written examination, preparation of merit list and enrolment and despatch of selected candidates.
