Hon’ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Shri Conrad Sangma, has launched Integrated Web Portal of Meghalaya State Public Services Delivery Commission (MSPSDC) at Yojana Bhawan, Shillong in presence of Chief Commissioner, Shri M. S. Rao and State Informatics Officer, Shri T. Dkhar. Speaking during the launch, Hon’ble CM said, “This a revolutionary step towards achieving citizen-centric governance and is at the core of what Government is trying to achieve through the provision of time-bound delivery of services to citizens by Government Departments. He further added that the Integrated Web Portal is a step towards achieving citizen-centric governance and improving the overall delivery mechanism. He emphasised that all 188 services would be made available at the earliest on the portal and urged the departments at all levels to follow the timelines so that there is no delay. The portal is designed in a way to provide maximum convenience to citizens. A citizen having poor network connectivity can also avail of the services of the portal through Common Service Centres in the state.
