Hon’ble Chief Minister Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal launched the Auto Appeal System (AAS) portal (https://aas.saral-haryana.nic.in) on 1st September 2021, a first of its kind of system in India, to ensure the timely delivery of the service to the citizens. This software has been developed for Right to Service Commission Haryana to implement the Right to Service Act 2014 in letter and spirit. During the launch, Shri Deepak Bansal, DDG & SIO made a detailed presentation of all aspects of AAS Portal. The app will automatically bubble up from Designated officer to Grievance Officer-I, Grievance Officer–II, and the Right to Service Commission.
