In order to strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) of NIC Bihar State Centre, a series of lectures were presented by the officers responsible for the assigned QMS processes at NIC Bihar. A few of the important lectures delivered were by Shri SN Behera, PSA ‘Customer satisfaction, data analysis, corrective and preventive action’, by Shri Rajiv Ranjan, SSA on ‘Knowledge Management’, Shri NK Prasad, SSA on ‘Training Management’ and on ‘Control of non-confirming products’ by Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, TD. All these deliberations proved to be very useful in the strengthening of QMS processes.
