It was a scintillating experience reading the new version of Informatics July 2001. Informatics, in its new garb, is not only focusing on our niche area ie E-Governance, it also has features such as ‘State in focus’, ’District Informatics’etc . Congratulations to the Editorial team for the new look !!! We may also include a separate column for Ministry Centres of NIC. I do not recommend a section on pure technical articles, but we may include issues which may help users appreciate the software development and implementation process.

New Look of Informatics is real good. Informations on state govt. projects does inspire and provide lot of good ideas for future computing. This provide the best way for knowing what is happening around us. I am a regular reader of Informatics and hope Informatics continues to provide valuable information on e-governance all over country. Please add one column for contributions/articles from any person of the organization so that if any new innovation has been done, then it can be communicated to all of us. Wish your great endeavor continues.
