The third meeting of the MCIT Library Consortium was held at NIC HQ attended by representatives from NIC, DIT, CDOT, CDAC, TRAI and DOT. The agenda of the meeting was subscription to e-Journals at Consortium platform from January 2005 and precise source of funding for the Consortium.
