Award: INCPEDP-Mphasis Universal Design Award 2016 Categ.: Organizations Org.: National Informatics centre National Informatics Centre has received the 7th NCPEDP-Mphasis Universal Design Awards 2016 for excellence in formulating Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW). The award was given away by Hon'ble Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, GoI, Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar at India International Centre, New Delhi on August 14, 2016. GIGW team members of National Informatics Centre, Smt. Alka Misra (Senior Technical Director), Shri Lokesh Joshi (Scientist-D) and Shri Shashi Kant Pandey (Scientist-C) received the award from the Hon’ble Minister.
