Punjab: The NIC Mansa District Centre, Punjab was formally inaugurated by the Commissioner, Ferozpur Division, Mr SC Agarwal, IAS, on March 1, 1995. The NIC Mansa District Centre has been operational since November 3, 1994 and has already made its presence felt in the District.
