NIC, Andhra Pradesh has bagged the prestigious Award of Excellence for Drinking Water Transportation Product under the category “Efficient Water Transportation & Distribution” at eLets National Water Innovation Summit 2020. The award has been presented virtually by Shri U.P. Singh, IAS, Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India. Designed and developed for the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh the awarded App is a fusion of two distinct Applications; one for Water Tanker Movement and the other for Monitoring, and provides seamless integration between two in a secured and streamlined manner.
