In a concerted effort to modernize election logistics, NIC Jharkhand, in col-laboration with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Office Jharkhand, recently hosted a training programme on the Vehicle Management System (VMS), also known as Sugam. VMS offers a comprehensive suite of functionalities tailored to manage vehicles during elections efficiently. It aims to optimize resource allocation, enhance transparency, and streamline administrative procedures through-out the election cycle.
