The e-Mutation project, for which the award was conferred, involves switch over from Offline Land Records e-Mutation processing using Land Records Management System (LMIS) implemented in 2001-02 under Computerization of Land Records (CLR) scheme to online Land Records processing with Online e-Mutation under National Land Records Modernization (NLRMP) scheme.
