The “PAUTI”, local Odia name of “Rent Receipt”, is referred by Government Authorities for providing some services to the citizens. Thus, the importance of this document on the part of citizens is more. Many times, people staying away from Odisha were coming to Revenue Inspector (RI) offices to pay their Land Revenue in time. To meet this public requirement, a citizen-friendly web application “Online Land Revenue Payment” has been implemented. This database of Tenant Ledger holds 1.73 crore records facilitating service to the citizens for paying their Land Revenue online from anywhere at any time.

Nowadays, since most of the citizens have a smartphone, Mobile App “PAUTI” was developed, so that the citizens can pay their Land Revenue using their Mobile phones. The citizen doesn't need to have a desktop / laptop nor to visit any cyber cafe for payment of land revenue. Further, if the user does not know his Khata (RoR) Number, the App has the facility to search the Record of Rights from Bhulekh. Using “PAUTI” App, The Landowners are easily paying their rent in time. On the other hand, the Electronic Tenant Ledger is also automatically updated facilitating generation of up to date registers. This service reduces the job of Revenue field functionaries to engage them in other activities.

As of now, No. of Khatiyans against which payment done is 9,69,629 and Total Amount Collected Rs 5,66,54,595. Total downloads of the MobileApp is 50,000+.
