The Chief Secretary interacted with the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts of Nagaland through Video Conferencing. He announced that review meetings through VC would be held at least once every month. He envisaged on optimal usage of Communication facilities provided by NIC for better governance. He emphasized that government employees are to be made computer literate through regular training and Government will now recruit only computer literate candidates for secretarial and ministerial staff.
