Dr. Neeta Verma, DG, NIC also delivered a keynote address in the 4th Digital Transformation Summit & Awards 2021, organized by Governance Now. In the event, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission & NIC Chhattisgarh together received the Governance Now’s Digital Transformation Award in Digital G2C Services category for the CSERC Petition E-filling portal.
