New Delhi: The Department of Personnel & Training has sponsored a series of Five Training Programmes on “Application of NICNET based Information System for Decentralized Planning”, for the year 1996-97.
The main aim of the programme is to narrow down gap between planners, various subject matter specialists, District Level officers and computer professionals, by familiarizing them with the usage of information technology in decentralized planning.
