A training session was conducted by NTIU Kochi for the officials of Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), FEW, CAPROLACTAM and FEDO recently. The session covered the following topics: – • Virtual Private Network - Introduction to VPN, the process of enrollment, procurement and the use of VPN • Tenders - Publishing of Tenders on the Web • Other Web related activities - Web related activities like Creating, Updating, Publishing of Website, etc. Earlier, NTIU Kochi also conducted Computer and Internet/Web Design training for the staff of Fishery Survey of India. Dr. K S Raman, Senior Technical Director and Officer In-charge, NTIU Kochi and Sh. M Rajendran conducted the training sessions.
