Though the details are collected and prepared by the Department of Statistics every year, it is difficult for anyone to access the details instantly.
“VPMDP’ is a mobile app developed with the intention of helping any common man or department officials who needs a tool to refer immediately for getting basic details of Viluppuram district in Tamil Nadu. Being a mobile app based application, dissemination of details of a particular segment like Population, Agriculture, Education etc of Viluppuram District is very easy and user friendly by using TAB ICON design.
The mobile app has been designed and developed by NIC Villupuram district centre with the guidance from Mobile Application Competence Centre, Chennai. The app has been developed as part of the DGMC Challenge 2021.
