The NIC Goa State unit has been actively involved in the processing of results for the Senior Secondary School Examination and Higher Secondary School Examination conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, for the last two years. The major functions of the result processing System are as follows:
- The System maintains all the details in respect of each student as given in the Examination Application Form.
- The System automatically generates seat number of the students.
- The System cross checks question-wise marks against total marks of each subject and produces a verification report for necessary action.
- The System generates School-wise and Centre-wise result sheets.
- The System, while finalizing the results takes care of condolence, grace marks and joint moderation.
- The System also produces other miscellaneous reports such as School performance report (which includes average marks obtained by the students and pass percentage of the school) and reports on subject-wise performance of the schools etc.
