Kollam: A handbook, prepared by NIC, on the successful completion of DISNIC-PLAN of Kollam District Unit was released by the District Collector, Mr L. Radhakrishnan, at a function organized in the collectorate premises on July 25, 1995.
The handbook contains reports from various sectors such as agriculture, education, irrigation, water supply, forests, industries, etc.
The reports have been prepared Panchayat wise and can be used by the people involved in decentralized planning in the District.
