The Common Integrated Police Application (CIPA) project implemented by NIC was recently inaugurated in the Northeastern state of Nagaland by Hon'ble Chief Minister Sh Neiphiu Rio. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister urged the police personnel to upgrade their computer skills and take advantage of the information & communication technology. He lauded the efforts of NIC in the implementation and development of the project.
