Second Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, the largest gathering of Indian Diaspora from all across the Globe was held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi during January 9-11, 2004. NIC provided the Live Webcast Support to the event and also demonstrated its webcast services at a stall in the exhibition held at the venue. All the plenary sessions at the Summit, inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister were webcast live by NIC for millions of viewers all over the world. The sessions were addressed by various Ministers of the Government of India, the Chief Ministers of some Indian States and distinguished luminaries. After the event, the webcast of all the sessions were made available as Video-On-demand at a specially designed website http://indiadaylive.nic.in
